The inferno of the living is not something that will be; if there is one, it is what is already here, the inferno where we live every day, that we form by being together. There are two ways to escape suffering it. The first is easy for many: accept the inferno and become such a part of it that you can no longer see it. The second is risky and demands constant vigilance and apprehension: seek and learn to recognize who and what, in the midst of inferno, are not inferno, then make them endure, give them space. ~Italo Calvino

And I, infinitesimal being,
drunk with the great starry
void,
likeness, image of
mystery,
felt myself a pure part
of the abyss,
I wheeled with the stars,
my heart broke loose on the wind.
Hat Lover…
Hey I was going to take some time off for the next week but what was troubling me this weekend which was related to where I am living has been sorted out..when I get upset about something I tend to hibernate….so just letting off steam today with a silly selfie and one of my more extreme hats
This one is one of my favorites but it’s not entirely practical as I tend to wipe out everyone in my path :) Lucky it is only worn on special occasions…
My grandmother was a milliner and I have the biggest and silliest collection of retro hats that maybe I should use in my photos in some oddball way.I had a little play today with using some of them which I will upload over the next few days.
Thank you tumblrs for your sweet understanding of my sometimes erratic moods.

White Shirt Series 3
I have this white shirt with cut out shoulders that I wanted to use for some photos but I decided it was more interesting back to front as I liked the folds in the fabric.
Planning photos in many ways doesn’t work for me as I love seeing where something will lead in a very loose way..
Yah to spontaneity!!!
Some people underestimate how erotic it is to be understood.
